The pig is exposed. 400 years of presence in Quebec
Everything is good in the pig!
Pork production and pork products are very present in the news as in Quebec gastronomy. But the animal is also present in our popular culture.
The exhibition asks the following questions:
- Does the Quebec population really know the origin and domestication of this animal?
- How important is pig production to the economy?
- Do we know that the biological proximity to humans makes them an essential organ donor in cardiac surgery?
